Inside the command center, everyone was busy. Only Fifth Hokage Tsunade Hime and Fourth Raikage A were relatively free. Suddenly, the entire command center shook several times, as if an earthquake had struck.

"What happened?" Shikaku immediately asked.

"That's good! Without a doubt, Madara did this." Shikaku turned to Tsunade, his expression troubled. "Lord Hokage, if this continues..."

"I'll go myself!" Tsunade sprang to her feet. As she walked, she said to Fourth Raikage A's secretary, "You, the one called Mabui, prepare the Heavenly Transfer Technique. Come here!"

"The Heavenly Transfer Technique is a ninjutsu for transporting objects. It's different from the Summoning Jutsu and Reverse Summoning Jutsu—it can't be used on people!" Mabui hurriedly explained.

"There's no time to worry about that. How will we know unless we try?" Tsunade retorted fiercely.

"It really can't be done," Mabui had no choice but to explain in detail. "The human body can't withstand such high-speed transportation. A person would be torn apart and die. The only person who ever successfully used the Heavenly Transfer Technique to move was Lord Third Raikage, because his body was tough enough.
