After Tang Xiao was captured and Tang San was taken by the Asura God, Xue Ke returned to Heaven Dou City and confronted Xue Ye about her choice to follow Xu Hanfeng.

• Xu Hanfeng’s allies advanced through the tournaments, and Skywater Academy defeated Plant Academy before Xu Hanfeng’s Heaven Dou Royal Academy won the Promotion Tournament.
• Xu Hanfeng defeated Star Luo Royal Academy with his aerial fortress, then his team won the final against Skywater Academy with a giant Soul Tool Robot.
• Bibi Dong named Xu Hanfeng Spirit Hall’s Holy Son and next Pope, then exposed Xiao Wu as a Shapeshifting Soul Beast and accused Tang Hao of causing Ah Yin’s sacrifice.

Xu Hanfeng expanded Spirit Hall’s influence by publicizing Soul Cores and securing the allegiance of major sects, while Tang San’s attempt to recover his power led him toward the City of Slaughter. The Angel God and Butterfly God descended to meet Xu Hanfeng, who revealed his ambitions for Douluo Star and began drawing the gods and their successors into his plans.

• Tang San woke with his Blue Silver Grass martial soul shattered and set out for the Blue Silver Forest, while Xiao Wu met the dying Yu Xiaogang in her cell.
• Xu Hanfeng and Bibi Dong left Yu Xiaogang to die, and Qian Renxue and Xue Ke retrieved the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud for a future journey to Sea God Island.
• Xu Hanfeng moved the conscious Blue Silver Grass and Blue Silver Kings from the Blue Silver Forest, leaving Tang San to find it nearly empty and be driven by the Asura God’s contingency plan toward the City of Slaughter.
• With help from Bing Li and Fei Huang, Xu Hanfeng formed a third Soul Core and published a book about Soul Cores, prompting factions across the continent to seek the method.

Xu Hanfeng helped unify the continent under the Spirit Hall Empire, destroyed the White Tiger Sect and Clear Sky Sect, and explored the Dragon Tomb, where he gained the Nine Dragon Spear and began Ma Xiaotao’s god inheritance. He then sailed to Sea God Island, received the Sea God’s Nine Trials, and transferred the Sea God inheritance to Bo Saixi.

• Dai Yichen surrendered the Star Luo Empire to Xu Hanfeng, who led the allied armies to destroy the White Tiger Sect and defeat Dai Yu and Dai Jun.
• Xu Hanfeng explained his plan for governing a unified empire, and Bibi Dong declared the three empires united as the Spirit Hall Empire with Xue Ye and Dai Yichen appointed as kings.
