Piece after piece began assembling, then an opening formed in the center. A white Kyber Crystal flew over and embedded itself within.
Amid those twisted, distorted parts, the Kyber Crystal resembled an eye hidden at the center, making it look all the more eerie.
And that was not all. More parts rose under the Force, twisting, entwining, then joining onto either end of the crystal. The hilt grew longer and longer until it reached nearly a meter in length.
The other two Kyber Crystals rose and flew to either end of the hilt. The warped metal components opened as though alive, like countless savage tentacles, wrapping directly around the Kyber Crystals before dragging them into the hilt.
The grotesque Lightsaber hilt fell into Darth Malthael's hand. It was about a meter long and entirely black, as if formed from countless twisted, deformed tentacles tangled together.
At the center of the hilt, several tentacles formed a hollow space containing a floating Kyber Crystal. At either end were plasma blade emitters extending from the other two Kyber Crystals hidden within. And, in the style of his previous Lightsaber, countless barbs protruded around the emitters, enclosing them in the middle and forming hideous, terrifying guards.
Yet at this moment, all three Kyber Crystals remained pure white.
Darth Malthael's expression suddenly turned savage. He seized the hilt, and incomparably terrifying Death Force, like a cloud of black mist, directly enveloped it! Before that dreadful Dark Side Force, the three Kyber Crystals trembled incessantly and gave off a continuous hum, yet they were held tightly in the grip of that grotesque hilt.
Terrifying power poured ceaselessly into the Kyber Crystals. The once pure-white crystals were gradually tainted by the Dark Side, their color slowly turning a vivid crimson!
And as time passed, that crimson deepened
