Did the Dream Sisters count as the Jedi Knights who had lived the best after Order 66?

After Order 66, other Jedi Knights had either been killed on the spot or forced to hide their identities and wander the galaxy. They were still hunted by Palpatine's Dark Followers. Even those who had escaped Order 66 had often been killed afterward.

Even the remnants of the Jedi Order that had been moved off Coruscant before Order 66 were now probably starving in some forgotten backwater.

Yet these two sisters had seized an Imperial supply station for themselves, then swindled, cheated, and embezzled the supplies of two legions and an entire fleet!
