The warden of Felucia Prison was a major named Bourne-Schmidt, attached to the Imperial Security Bureau.
Looking over the files his adjutant had delivered, he felt a headache coming on. "Tiber-Zayne... Why do I get the feeling this guy is here to cause trouble? Can't we just execute him?"
The adjutant shook his head. "No. Director Wullf Yularen of the Imperial Security Bureau specifically ordered that Tiber-Zayne has too many secrets, so he must be kept alive. They will soon organize an interrogation of Tiber-Zayne, hoping to dig out the secrets that even the Empire is extremely interested in."
"Then tell them to hurry up and take him away! And those people locked up in Sector Nine... why hasn't the Judicial Department come to collect them?" Bourne-Schmidt complained.
"I've sent three communications in a row. The response was that we were to strengthen our guard. Because of the Trade Federation situation, transportation and communications throughout the Outer Rim Territories have encountered major obstacles recently," the adjutant said.
Bourne-Schmidt rubbed his temples. "Tell the guards below that the situation is unusual. We need to increase patrols and reduce rest shifts. No vessel is to approach Felucia without being scanned and inspected!"

Bourne-Schmidt sighed, then looked again at the surveillance footage looping on the terminal. "Those five murders that happened when Tiber-Zayne was first detained—what's with this footage? Isn't there anything clearer?"
