No matter who was pulling Pre Vizsla's strings or what their goal was, the time had come to stand up and resist. Otherwise, if Pre Vizsla's slaughter continued, perhaps the entire planet truly would submit to Changan Vizsla's tyrannical rule.

At the same time, however, the Mandalore Engine Company stated that, as a major industrial enterprise, it could not openly oppose Pre Vizsla. The only option was to secretly provide Bo-Katan Kryze with weapons and equipment while dragging its feet on Pre Vizsla's orders.
Moreover, the Mandalore Engine Company told Bo-Katan Kryze that because Pre Vizsla owed them substantial payments for orders, they hoped that after Pre Vizsla was eliminated, they could take their due share from the seized property of Death Watch to make up for it.
That was effectively bargaining, and Bo-Katan Kryze could only agree.
