2248, Mandalorian Civil War (IV)
A few days after the Mandalorian Civil War broke out, Vitaly Orlov returned to Mandalore. He brought back one hundred thousand blaster rifles, enough to arm a force for the time being.
After that, Vitaly Orlov began running around everywhere, seeking more support.
City administrators, Public Security Department commanders, merchants from all walks of life—these people could all provide help to the Rebel Alliance.
During his time following Satine Kryze, Vitaly Orlov had indeed learned and grown a great deal. He had also become familiar with political figures at every level on Mandalore. Combined with the Kryze name of Bo-Katan, his efforts received considerable support.
One city after another began openly opposing Pre Vizsla, organizing militias to put up resolute resistance against the government forces.
At the same time, organized and spontaneous resistance movements elsewhere grew increasingly intense. Pre Vizsla's government forces had initially planned to airdrop directly into every city on Mandalore and carry out massacres as a show of force, thereby forcing the entire planet into submission.
