On the Bilbrin Planet battlefield, two Eternal-class Super Carriers finally entered the fight!
Strictly speaking, these two Eternal-class Super Carriers were merely prototype vessels, experimental models rather than the final production version.
The Eternal-class Super Carrier was a successor developed directly from the Consul-class aircraft carrier. Viewed from the front, its basic structure formed an L shape. The lower section was essentially an enlarged Consul-class aircraft carrier serving as a hangar, while a massive full-volume island rose above it.
The hangar and island were arranged in a ninety-degree L shape. The towering island was practically a small town, containing every system and personnel arrangement needed to support the carrier and its embarked fighters in combat.
That enormous full-volume island not only housed additional antimatter energy reactors, but also relocated the flight control command center, crew quarters, fighter factories, and additional weapons systems there. This freed up more space in the lower hangar for embarked fighters, allowing even the prototype Eternal-class to carry as many as 1,000 aircraft!
To enhance the Eternal-class Super Carrier's combat capabilities, it was equipped with a Command Pulse Wave Projector. This device could remotely link with every embarked fighter launched from the ship and, depending on combat conditions, provide their armor with an extra voltage coating, assist with target locking, or grant them additional shield capacity.
Under the effect of the Command Pulse Wave Projector, the carrier's entire embarked fighter formation became fully integrated, able to receive assistance from its mothership at all times.
At the same time, the Eternal-class Super Carrier had enhanced electronic warfare capabilities. It could launch directional EMP pulse waves at targets to disrupt enemy ships' electronic systems.
