The heist on the hyperspace route outside Scipio had completely disrupted the Empire's financial deployment plans. Just as the Kingdom of Dawn had hoped, the Galactic Empire immediately halted the shipment of precious metals and increased patrols in the star systems around Scipio.
Through this heist, both the Imperial Security Department and the InterGalactic Banking Clan had concluded that the area around Scipio could not currently be considered secure.
Under such circumstances, calls within the Imperial Senate to implement the "Goalkeeper Plan" as soon as possible grew louder and louder. They demanded immediate reinforcements for Scipio and a rapid northward advance to retake Fortress Planet Bilbrin, thereby securing the region around Scipio.
Most Imperial Senators currently believed that with the Guardian, Reaper, and Hegemony—three Executor-class Super Star Destroyers—launching a joint attack, retaking Bilbrin Planet would only be a matter of time.
