The dozen or so other Fourth Legion soldiers beside him said nothing. In unison, they raised their hands and slammed their fists hard against their chests three times.
Then Justin pointed at the cracked support pillar in the underground air-raid shelter and said gravely, "Only Proton Bombs can cause damage on this scale. We can't stay here. Move to the next combat zone."
"Too easy." The gum-chewing soldier pointed at the mountain of ammunition and supplies piled nearby.
"Only this once, no matter how you look at it." Justin Levis tapped the forehead of his helmet.
"Oh, him." Several soldiers sneered, their expressions full of disdain.
Justin Levis rose to his feet, picked up his weapon, and headed outside. The other soldiers immediately began planting explosives among the ammunition and supplies around them.
The gum-chewing soldier installed a high-explosive bomb, set it to detonate on a timer, then spat out his gum and stuck it over the timer. He even stretched it around to make sure the display was completely covered.
