"Then why did you come to Earth?"
"Mom, he came to find Goten and make him a God of Destruction!"
"A God of Destruction?"
"Cough, cough!"
Whis coughed.
"Actually, I came to Earth this time mainly to taste its food. Finding Son Goten was only incidental, to see whether he was willing to become a God of Destruction!"
"Earth food? Do you like our Earth food too, like Lord Champa and the others?"
"Yes. Oh, right, I forgot to ask—what should I call you?"
"My name is Bulma!"
"Miss Bulma!"
Bulma smiled and nodded.
"Miss Bulma, I just arrived on Earth today. Do you have any delicious food you would recommend?"
"Of course! Earth may not have much else, but it has the most food!"
"Is that so?"
Whis was delighted to hear that.
Afterward, Bulma introduced Whis to all kinds of food.
Son Goten and Trunks found it boring, so they continued playing with their remote-controlled planes.
By noon, Whis had to leave Earth because he needed to return.
After spending the entire morning introducing food to Whis, Bulma had become friends with him.
In the days that followed, Whis often came to Earth to sample its cuisine.
In the blink of an eye, half a month passed.
Since Champa had not tasted Earth food in a long time, he brought Son Goku and the others back to Earth in Universe 7.
Whis happened to be on Earth at the time.
Since Angels and their staffs could sense each other when they were close enough, Vados quickly learned through her staff that Whis was at Bulma's house after arriving on Earth.
"Lord Champa, Whis has come to Earth!"
