Wang Ma attended Yunshui Second High School, where he saw himself as the “King of Inner Rolled”—a martial fanatic who wanted an opponent equally committed to training. Xu Zhiming became that rival when the two competed to refine Level 35 Monster Beast Essence Blood. Wang Ma pushed himself until he collapsed from exhaustion, while Xu continued refining, forcing Wang Ma to acknowledge the gap between them. 48
