An Unexpected Meeting

Over the next dozen or so minutes, the creature in the distance cycled through three or four different auras.

Some were as harmless as an Electric Mouse, while others felt like some peerless savage beast, with a towering, arrogant presence.

Xiao Tian guessed what the creature was thinking.

By releasing the aura of a peerless savage beast, it was probably trying to scare her into leaving her position, exposing an opening it could exploit.

But when the creature switched to the Electric Mouse for the fourth time, she came up with a brilliant idea!

About five minutes later, the creature in the distance once again switched its aura from that of an Electric Mouse to that of a peerless savage beast.

Xiao Tian knew her chance had come!

She released a trace of "panic" toward the beast, then quickly ran in the opposite direction.

As she ran, she swiftly summoned her pet—Panda Tuanzi.

Panda Tuanzi was still a little dazed upon appearing, unsure of what to do. Its innocent, wide eyes looked at its master in confusion.

Xiao Tian flashed to a spot several meters behind Panda Tuanzi and quickly ordered it to enlarge itself and set up defenses.

Panda Tuanzi instinctively complied.

Roar~

After a resounding bear roar, layers upon layers of green light spread across Tuanzi's body. Within the green light, its body rapidly tripled in size, forming an impenetrable wall before Xiao Tian.

However, Xiao Tian's gaze sharpened.

Because as she fled her original position, she sensed the creature across from her charging toward her with extraordinary speed, like an arrow loosed from a bow.
