Dragon Emperor Kadragos watched Zhong Feng and slowly said, "But you should know that this aid we are giving Blue Star is entirely out of goodwill..."
"Of course I understand that." Zhong Feng interrupted him. "But we Blue Star humans have a saying: 'Taking someone's handouts leaves you indebted; eating someone's food leaves you beholden.'
"The Dragon race has no need to give us things unilaterally. We Blue Star humans can offer items of equal value in exchange.
