Aozora stopped the Uchiha crisis, exposed Konoha’s leaders’ crimes, and helped Itachi awaken the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan while advancing his own eyes. The arc ended with Itachi fighting Yugito and the Cloud Jonin in the Haibara Mountain Range.

• Aozora joined Fugaku’s fight against Konoha’s forces, revealed that Danzo had stolen Shisui’s eye, and killed Hiruzen and Danzo with golden flames.
• Aozora summoned Tobirama and Hashirama to confront Konoha’s leaders with evidence of their crimes, after which Shikaku detained Homura and Koharu and recognized the Uchiha as victims.
• Aozora took Itachi to Naka Shrine, where they deciphered the Stone Tablet and discovered records about Sharingan evolution and Uchiha Madara.
• Itachi used the Transcription Seal to fuse Uchiha Itachi’s dōjutsu power into his own eyes and awakened the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, while Aozora absorbed Shisui’s fading power and gained the Tomoe Rinnegan.
• Aozora refused to rescue Fugaku’s team without compensation, accepted secret technique scrolls from Shikaku, and headed to the Haibara Mountain Range with Itachi.
• Yugito attacked Fugaku’s retreating Uchiha with Tailed Beast Balls, and Itachi arrived with his Susanoo to block her attacks and cut off Matatabi’s leg.
• Itachi drew the Cloud Jonin together and unleashed Susanoo’s Yasakani no Magatama, leaving Matatabi weakened and five Cloud Jonin beneath her at the edge of a huge crater.

After returning from the Dragon Vein journey, Aozora confronted Pain, recruited allies into the Heavenly Court, and led an assault on the Sky Ninja to seize their technology. The arc ended with Aozora extracting Shennong’s memories, soul, and the Zero Tailed Beast while his allies questioned the extent of his power.

• Aozora and Itachi returned from the past with their Dōjutsu Power depleted, and Aozora awakened his Heavenly Eye through the Heavenly Book’s Chakra.
• Aozora fought Pain’s Six Paths, split apart Planetary Devastation, and let Pain escape before returning to Konoha with Itachi.
• Aozora proposed using the Dragon Vein to establish a Sage Jutsu sacred land and later secured Fugaku’s approval to create an independent organization researching godhood.
• Aozora recruited Itachi, Kabuto, and Tsunade into the Heavenly Court, then traveled with Tsunade and Kabuto to capture Shennong and claim the Sky Ninja’s flying fortress.
• Kisame attacked the Sky Ninja carriers while Kabuto defeated their troops, and Tsunade fought Shennong after he transformed with the Zero Tailed Beast’s power.
• Tsunade damaged Shennong’s chakra points, and Aozora sealed the Zero Tailed Beast inside him with Adamantine Sealing Chains.
• Aozora used the Human Path to read Shennong’s memories, then extracted Shennong’s soul and the Zero Tailed Beast for Yama to absorb.

Aozora founded the Heavenly Court, recruited allies and Karin, and maneuvered the great villages into an assault on the Akatsuki Organization. The attack on Amegakure ended in Deidara’s catastrophic explosion, which devastated nearly half the city.

• Aozora established the Heavenly Court at Lingxiao Palace, introduced Good Deeds Points, and set the organization on a mission to pursue Tailed Beasts and related power.
• Aozora and Kisame defeated Deidara and Sasori while staging the battlefield to implicate them in Roshi and Genga’s deaths, then Aozora rescued Karin and her mother from Kusagakure.
• Fugaku, Ōnoki, and Rasa agreed to attack the Akatsuki Organization, and Jiraiya joined after Aozora revealed that its leader possessed the Rinnegan.
• The three villages invaded Amegakure on separate fronts as Pain deployed the Six Paths of Pain to defend the city.
• Aozora revived Sasori and Deidara with Impure World Reincarnation and sent them into the fighting under his control.
• The allied forces divided their opponents, with Shisui, Jiraiya, Might Guy, and Kakashi confronting the Paths of Pain while the village armies battled Akatsuki members.
• Deidara detonated himself in a massive explosion, and the defenders raised barriers and summoned techniques to shield their forces as the blast destroyed nearly half of Amegakure.

Aozora helped drive Nagato’s forces from Amegakure, then strengthened Heavenly Court by appointing Kisame as Water God and taking the Four-Tails into himself. As Tsunade and Itachi captured Fū, Jigen manipulated Monk Fa Yi into blaming Konoha for the seizure.

• Aozora and the allied shinobi fought Nagato in Amegakure, surviving his devastating techniques before Nagato withdrew with Konan, Zetsu, and the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
• Fugaku, Ōnoki, and Rasa agreed to form a joint force to hunt the Akatsuki remnants, while Aozora returned to Konoha and planned to strengthen its shinobi.
• Aozora appointed Kisame Water God through the Heavenly Book, granting him divine powers and the duty to answer prayers and protect people.
• Aozora spared Roshi after examining his memories, then developed Resurrection and used his techniques to remove the Four-Tails from Roshi and seal it within himself.
• Aozora invited Roshi to join Heavenly Court and challenged the idea that the village system could bring peace.
• Tsunade and Itachi captured Fū in Takigakure, while Monk Fa Yi fought the village’s shinobi and Jigen secretly watched the Konoha ninja escape.
• Jigen refused Fa Yi’s demand for the promised reward and ordered him to spread the claim that Konoha ninja disguised as Akatsuki members had taken Fū.
