After Julian assigned all the tasks, his daily routine consisted of training and caring for the children. On the seventh day, Beno brought Kuma and Bonney down from Sky Island again. Looking at their excited faces, Julian asked, "How was Sky Island?" Kuma beamed and said, "It was truly beautiful. The people on Sky Island were so kind. I even danced the Dance of Liberation with the Shandia. That young man named Kamachika even invited me to join the Shandia and become their lead dancer."
Ginny wore a sweet smile as well. "It was wonderful. Those clouds were so beautiful. They drifted freely through the sky, soft as anything. I lay on the clouds in the sky and felt as though I were in a beautiful dream."
The clouds came in all sorts of shapes. Some looked like adorable little bears, some like butterflies dancing gracefully, some like towering mountains, and some like dense forests. They constantly changed shape in the sky, as though performing a spectacular magic show for us.
The clouds came in different colors too. Some were pure white, some grayish white, some light blue, and some deep blue. Under the sunlight, they gleamed brilliantly. I loved watching the clouds. They gave me endless fantasies and wonderful memories. What a terrifying love-struck fool! Julian thought.
Julian said with a dark expression, "If you two want to take a vacation in the future, just tell me. I'll send you to Sky Island." Kuma smiled. "It's so close to the sun. I could feel the warmth of the sunlight. It felt so free."
Julian said sternly, "Then you two can go live on Sky Island for a while longer." Kuma resisted strongly. "Chief, I want to return to Baludigo Headquarters. There are still many people there who need me."
