The huge castle served as the administrative building, while Julian bought up the residential buildings surrounding it with Berries and then flattened them with his Earth-Earth Fruit ability.
Most of the houses in Mogu Town had only been two or three stories tall. They were all torn down, then reshaped from black mineral soil. Using his Devil Fruit ability, Julian built dozens of six-story buildings, each two hundred square meters in size. He intended them to house the workers. He guessed that it was probably Saint Saturn, the Science Defense God.
