Julian said with a straight face, "Joy Boy was born in Wano Country. His name was Kozuki Momonosuke, and his father was Kozuki Oden, a former crewman of the Roger Pirates. Kozuki Oden could read the Poneglyphs of world history. Roger was able to reach Final Island because of Kozuki Oden's help."
Julian kept spinning his tale. "His father is now the strongest swordsman on the Sea, capable of destroying fifty islands with a single slash. Kozuki Momonosuke inherited Kozuki Oden's talent for swordsmanship. Most dangerous of all is his mother, Kozuki Toki. She possesses the world's most mysterious Paramecia Devil Fruit, the Time-Time Fruit. She can send people into any time and space. In the future, she will send Momonosuke back to the most mysterious time, Eight Hundred Years ago, where he will gain legendary power and use it to overthrow the World Government's rule."
Julian continued his nonsense. "Momonosuke has another special ability: everyone he meets will fight desperately for him. Once he gathers people from every time and space, the current World Government could very well be overthrown." Julian finished in one breath.
Of course, it was all nonsense. Momonosuke had merely inherited his father's lechery and was a complete idiot. How could he possibly overthrow the World Government? Julian was simply setting that little bastard
