After receiving supplies and intelligence from the Flame Dragon Kingdom, he considers an alliance with Julian's forces and accepts aid intended to strengthen the Freedom Army's ability to protect civilians. 147 149

When Dragon learns that the Celestial Dragons intend to massacre pregnant women and enslave the population of Patrila Island, he commits the Freedom Army to a large-scale evacuation.
