Chapter Summaries

Loki's Power of Time ended the battle against the Time Administration Bureau, while Ben confronted Negative Ben as Alien X. Ben persuaded Negative Ben that creating a new world was too much work, and Negative Ben gave up.

• Loki's Power of Time erased most of the opponents and restored the Time Administration Bureau warriors' memories, while Looma defeated Rampage Ben with her divine power.
• Looma, Peter, Miguel, and Gwen discussed the remaining threats and decided to clean up the Time Administration Bureau's mess.
• Inside Alien X's consciousness space, Enara struggled to defeat Negative Ben, so Ben took control and said he knew Negative Ben's weakness.
• Ben reminded Negative Ben that Maltruant had failed and described how much work creating a new world would require.
• Negative Ben and the three consciousnesses decided to give up and slack off.

Ben subdued Negative Ben and returned to normal before joining Contradiction in the Beyond Realm, where Thor, Doctor Doom, and their allies were battling the Beyonders. The Beyonders revealed their plan to draw Ben to their side, leaving him facing the Ivory King’s offer to become one of them.

• Ben explained that Negative Ben would give up on destroying the world whenever he met a troublesome obstacle, then returned to normal.
• Contradiction told Ben that the Beyonders’ weakness was their inability to travel into the past, and they went to the Beyond Realm to join the battle.
• Thor and Doctor Doom fought the Beyonders alongside Charmcaster, the Scarlet Witch, and Eunice, who wielded the power of the six stones and the Kree Cosmic Cube.
• The Beyonders revealed that they had caused the Multiverse Collision event but could not enter Ben’s universe because an unknown being rejected them.
• Ben and Contradiction arrived, and the Ivory King invited Ben to leave his world and become a Beyonder.

Ben refused the Beyonders’ offer to join them and began fighting them as Alien X, while Contradiction sent Doom and the others to the World Library to prepare a weapon against Beyonder genes. The chapter left Ben battling the Beyonders as they considered retreating, and Contradiction’s group preparing to travel back in time for the Annihilarg.

• The Beyonders offered Ben Parker membership, protection for his universe, and their genes, but Ben refused and said he would take the genes after defeating them.
• Ben teleported Charmcaster and the others to the World Library, then used Alien X’s power to destroy several Beyonders before the Ivory King stopped his attack.

Contradiction split the group to alter the Annihilarg in the past and recover it from Maltruant, while the Beyonders independently targeted the same weapon. Doom and Eunice modified the bomb, but Doom revealed it was not intended for their own use.

• Contradiction explained that the Annihilarg could be modified to target the Beyonders and sent Doom and Eunice to alter it in the past while Thor, Wanda, and Charmcaster pursued Maltruant.
• Thor, Wanda, and Charmcaster found Maltruant confronting the Beyonders over the Annihilarg, and they joined the fight to stop the Beyonders from taking it.
• The Ivory King had sent the Beyonders after the Annihilarg because they believed a weapon modified to target Alien X might kill Ben.
• Doom and Eunice modified the Annihilarg at Wonderdale Castle, but Doom admitted he lacked Beyonder genes and said the bomb had not been prepared for them.

Doom explained that the plan depended on tricking the Beyonders into activating the modified Annihilarg themselves, while Ben and his allies secretly replaced its genetic record. After the bomb erased the old multiverse and Ben defeated the Beyonders, he created the Eighth Firmament and filled its worlds with life.

• Doom explained to Eunice that the Beyonders had to activate the Annihilarg without realizing it would destroy them, and said Contradiction had concealed the plan.
• Ben fought the Beyonders as both sides lost their omnipotent powers, until the Ivory King stopped the battle and brought out the modified Origin Bomb.
• The Ivory King pressed the bomb's button, but Ben revealed that its genetic record had been replaced, and the bomb began destroying the Beyonders instead.
• The Phoenix, the God of Stories, Loki, Eunice, and Doom joined Ben in suppressing the Beyonders, and the entire Beyonder race was annihilated.
• As the Origin Bomb erased the multiverse, Ben told Eunice he would reshape the world, then met a Contumelia who appeared as Azmuth.
