That Was Prepared for the Beyonders

"There are weapons like this?"

After hearing the Contradiction explanation, Doom was still a little stunned.

Once detonated, it could destroy the entire universe together. Isn't that much faster than any Collision Crisis?

"Since such a weapon exists, why didn't you use it sooner?" Doom asked again.

This time, Eunice answered him, "At first, we didn't know it actually existed, until Maltruant found it and wanted to transform it into the Origin Bomb to create a completely new universe."

"Let me correct you," Contradiction pointed out, extending a finger, "It's not a completely new universe, but another firmament."

"We are now in the Seventh Firmament, while the Beyonders were born during the Second Heaven. Every shift in the heavens is accompanied by the destruction of countless Multiverse."

"Now we need to split into two teams. One team will go back in time, find the Annihilarg, and modify it in advance into a destructive bomb specifically designed to counter the Beyonders," Contradiction said. "Because the universe Ben resides in is unobservable, the Beyonders of the past won't discover that we've tampered with it."

The cursed witch didn't know much about parallel universes and timelines. She was dizzy and said doubtfully, "Wait a minute, if we changed the bombs in the past timeline, wouldn't the bomb in Modolang's hand have been modified? In that case, why not let him detonate it directly in that bureau?"

"It sounds like a time paradox or something..." Wanda, because of her Uncle Ben and Aunt May, was forced to attend high school for a while, so she knew a little about it.

But Contradiction shook his head. "You're overthinking it."

"Simply because Maltruant himself can modify bombs, if we don't stop him, our modifications to the Annihilarg will be erased and rebuilt by him."

Just as Thor was about to ask why the bomb wasn't detonated immediately after being modified, Contradiction said, "You want to ask me why the bomb wasn't detonated earlier in the past?"

"That's because you're brainless," Doom scoffed. "We've said it many times: the timeline Beyonders is linear. Since they exist now, even if you destroyed them in the past, it wouldn't change anything."

"So, Dr. Doom, Eunice, you two went back in time and secretly modified the Fly Annihilarg Annihilarg, you should know its whereabouts, right?" Contradiction asked Eunice.

Eunice nodded.

She didn't know this in the past, but Eunice in this current timeline naturally knows that the Annihilarg is in the hands of the Vreedle Family.

However, stealing the Annihilarg from Ma Vreedle was not a wise choice, so the time Peter spent on Contraxia was a better option.

"Thor, Wanda, Charmcaster, track down Maltruant and bring back the Annihilarg," Contradiction said.

Doom gave him a surprised look, then understood.

Contradiction gestured for him not to speak, then gently tapped the library floor with his cane, sending them back in time.

Thor, who remained behind, immediately asked, "How do we find Maltruant?"

"You don't need to worry about that. Loki has already written the story after Maltruant," Contradiction said.

Thor was taken aback. "Loki?"

"That hateful Galactic Plumbers!"

He said angrily.

He was just a hair's breadth away from reaching the Throne of Time, completing the Origin Bomb, and creating his own world. But those hateful Galactic Plumbers just had to come and ruin his plans!

"Luckily Annihilarg is still in my hand." He looked down at the black box in his hand and breathed a sigh of relief.

With it, the plan will never fail!

Anyway, he has plenty of time. Having lived for countless billions of years, Maltruant has enough patience. It's just a matter of starting over. He will always find an opportunity.

"However, the energy needed to modify the Annihilarg will require finding another source."

As he was racking his brains for his next target, the space in front of him suddenly collapsed, and several figures emerged from it.

Maltruant was taken aback.

The armored aliens immediately spoke up, "Kronosapien, Maltruant, hand over the Annihilarg."

Before Maltruant could figure out where these people came from, several more passages appeared behind him, from which meteors carrying powerful lightning and the cries of Phoenix flames flew out, striking the few Beyonders and knocking them back.

Thor, Wanda, and the Charmcaster rushed out. Thor asked in surprise, "Beyonders? What are they doing here?"

"I don't know, but it seems their target is also the Annihilarg." Wanda activated Chaos Magic, Beyonder the energy that altered reality to collide with and cancel each other out.

The Charmcaster, however, saw things clearly and immediately said, "I think they can't beat Benny in a head-on fight, so they're after the Annihilarg. Didn't that guy Morton say they could observe all the worlds? Obviously, they already knew about the Annihilarg."

The Charmcaster was right.

It was only after confronting Ben that the Ivory King realized the flaws in their linear timeline. Alien X was already inherently invincible, and even if they faced Ben with a much larger number of opponents, it would be futile.

Because in the blink of an eye, countless Alien X and their adversaries appeared.

The two completed the most basic modifications using the laboratory at Wonderdale Castle. Eunice said, "Now only the final step remains, Mr. Doom. Please integrate the genes that Beyonders into the program."

However, Doom calmly shook his head. "I do not possess genes that Beyonders."

"No?" Eunice paused immediately, then said desperately, "Without their genes, the Origin Bomb can't kill them!"

"Don't rush, ma'am." Doom looked up and closed the Annihilarg box, his eyes already fixed on a certain orange pompadour heading their way.
