Background

Little Illusion originated as the sentient virtual side of Wenren Sheng’s Seed of Illusion. Wenren Sheng initially described her to Ouyang Ling as a puppet that had developed intelligence, comparable to Fat Doll, and arranged for her to receive a temporary body and begin kindergarten. 806

The Seed of Illusion is defined as something that communicates between the virtual and the real, transforms all things, and manipulates hearts. Little Illusion embodies its noisy, active, mischievous virtual side, while her sister-aspect Shi Shi represents its quiet and honest real side. 891 Wenren Sheng named Little Illusion himself without consulting her, believing she did not care about names. 891

Although she usually acts through an illusion body, her continued existence is tied to Wenren Sheng rather than to any particular manifestation. Her true form cannot be identified unless an observer’s Mystery Points exceed Wenren Sheng’s. 2495

Personality

Little Illusion is playful, noisy, impulsive, gluttonous, and intensely drawn to games, new worlds, toys, and spectacle. She dislikes silence and idleness, frequently abandons chores or schoolwork to play, and regards many dangerous situations as opportunities for entertainment. 891 885 2295

Her lack of human instincts makes her initially indifferent to harm caused by her games or illusions.
