Background

Lin Tian transmigrated into the body of the original Lin Tian after the latter died from taking a defective Blood Qi Pill in an attempt to cross the 100 Vitality Value threshold. The original Lin Tian was an orphan who had spent years giving cultivation resources to Liu Qing, his childhood companion from the orphanage. 1

After receiving the Host Invincible System, Lin Tian rejected Liu Qing's demands and used his novice Martial Saint Summon Card to call Fancang Martial Saint to Yicheng. He deliberately allowed the summoning phenomenon to appear, covering the city in the image of a fiery great sun and publicly establishing the existence of an overwhelming hidden power. 2

Lin Tian established Heaven's Gate after Fancang killed an assassin sent by Li Ming. He named himself the Heavenly Lord and used Fancang to destroy the Li family after its members repeatedly targeted him. 6
