"Your struggle is meaningless."
The moment Thanos appeared, he sent the superheroes sprawling one after another.
The divine power he possessed was simply beyond comparison to Ebony Maw and the others.
In fact, Thanos did not even need to use the power of the Infinity Stones to deal with Stark and the others.
"Tell me."
Thanos plunged his double-bladed sword into the ground and grabbed Rogers by the throat.
In Rogers, Thanos saw the spirit of a hero.
"Where is the Sorcerer Supreme?"
In Thanos's eyes, these people refused to reveal Xu Fan's whereabouts because they did not want him to obtain the Infinity Stones.
"I don't know." Rogers stared straight at Thanos, without the slightest hint of fear in his eyes.
Back then, in order to save everyone, he had flown his plane into the glacier without hesitation.
He should have died then.
Yet he had come back from the dead.
Rogers did not care when he died again.
He only cared whether his death would have any meaning.
"You refuse to talk? Heh." Thanos met Rogers's gaze.
Though Rogers was quite weak, his resolute eyes and unyielding courage earned Thanos's admiration.
Especially during his campaigns across the universe.
Thanos had seen countless people who called themselves warriors, or were called warriors by others.
But when faced with life and death, without exception, they were afraid. They trembled, exhausted every possible means, and begged him to spare them.
And without exception, the outcome was the same.
Thanos killed them all, leaving none alive.
They were the people he despised most.
But Rogers was different. He had no fear of death.
He was a true warrior.
Thanos lifted Rogers with one hand and slammed him heavily into the ground, knocking him unconscious.
A man like him deserved to be spared.
