Background / History

Qian Renxue is the daughter of Qian Xunji and Bibi Dong, and the granddaughter of Qian Daoliu. Xia Wuyou reveals that her birth resulted from Qian Xunji assaulting the unconscious Bibi Dong after a dispute involving Yu Xiaogang. This history explains Bibi Dong’s hatred toward both Qian Renxue and the Angel Family. 23

Qian Xunji later returned gravely wounded from the conflict with Tang Hao. Bibi Dong killed and devoured him while he was incapacitated; Qian Daoliu concealed the truth and supported Bibi Dong’s subsequent control of Martial Soul Hall. 23

To advance Martial Soul Hall’s plan and prove herself to Bibi Dong, Qian Renxue spent more than a decade infiltrating the Heaven Dou Empire under the identity of Crown Prince Xue Qinghe. Her objective is to seize control of the empire from within. 21 24

Investigation and Recruitment of Xia Wuyou

After Xia Wuyou takes over Yanhuang Academy, Qian Renxue receives intelligence on him while disguised as Xue Qinghe. Unable to identify his background safely, she calls off the immediate investigation and waits for other factions to act first. 7

Recognizing Xia Wuyou’s extraordinary soul-ring configuration, Time and Space attributes, and potential to reach godhood, she resolves to recruit him to Martial Soul Hall personally. 8 13

Strength Clan Incident

Qian Renxue secretly observes Taitan’s confrontation with Xia Wuyou. When Taitan invokes Tang Hao as his master, she decides to use the situation to exact revenge for Qian Xunji’s death and orders Cixue and Snake Lance to prepare to eliminate the Strength Clan. 12

Exposure of the Xue Qinghe Identity

During a private dinner at the Seven Treasures Glazed Hotel, Xia Wuyou reveals that he can see through her disguise. Qian Renxue initially attempts to preserve the Xue Qinghe identity, but ultimately asks him to keep her secret when she realizes he knows of her Angel bloodline and Martial Soul Hall connection. 21

Revelation of Past and Future
