Partygoers might be effective against ordinary people, but were they ordinary people? They were an Aeon of Corruption and an Aeon of Binding.
If they wanted to, they could even turn this universe into whatever they wished.
The transformed authority of Corruption could corrupt and alter the laws of reality, while the Authority of Order could bind the universe's rules to make those alterations easier. If the two worked together, the other Aeons would be no match for them.

The square-shaped Partygoers in yellow skin suits approached Theresa and Himeko with eerie smiles on their faces, trying to entice them in indifferent, mechanical voices.
"Your smiles are too fake. This isn't true Elation."
"Why don't we make you truly happy instead!"
"Teruriri Wisdom Assimilation-!"
Theresa snapped her fingers, and platinum ripples spread from her fingertips. Wherever the platinum ripples reached, the Partygoers were instantly transformed into even more bizarre Dr. Ratios.
Other variations emerged as well, such as aberrant Dr. Ratios on all fours with their tongues hanging out excitedly, and specialized ranged Dr. Ratios with tiny bodies, very long legs, and enormous heads.
They could launch their supremely wise heads from their necks to bombard enemies. Enemies caught in the explosions would also be transformed into Dr. Ratios.
The Dr. Ratios who fired their heads would grow new wise heads, repeating the process of launching
