Chapter Summaries

Theresa began turning Kiana Cat into the Herrscher of Finality and arranged for Black Seele to become the Herrscher of Death. She revived the dead Herrschers and transferred the Herrscher of Domination Core to Prometheus, while taking over as the Honkai Will.

• Theresa placed the Finality Core on Kiana Cat and began her transformation into the Herrscher of Finality.
• Theresa removed the Herrscher of Death Core from Kiana and offered it to Black Seele, who accepted and began transforming.
• Theresa announced that she would revive Wendy, Anna, and Chen Tianwu, and called Prometheus forward as the candidate for the Herrscher of Domination.
• Prometheus revealed herself, transferred the Honkai Will's authority to Theresa, and accepted a fused Herrscher of Domination Core from her.
• Prometheus became the Herrscher of Domination as her body solidified and Mechanical Arms formed behind her.

Theresa told the group Elysia’s ballad and explained her unique status as the Herrscher of Origin. She then began reviving Wendy, Anna, and Chen Tianwu by recovering their consciousnesses and cultivating new bodies.

• Prometheus revealed her Herrscher of Domination abilities and explained their limits outside the Dominion Theater.
• Theresa explained that Elysia had no Parallel Identities and recited a ballad about Elysia’s origin and sacrifice.
• Elysia embraced Theresa and asked Eden to adapt the ballad into a song, and Eden agreed.
• Theresa traced time back to recover the consciousnesses of Wendy, Anna, and Chen Tianwu.
• Kevin and Otto gave Theresa the Herrscher Cores of Wind, Ice, and Rock, and she used blood from the original bodies to cultivate new bodies for the three Herrschers.

Theresa revived Wendy, Anna, and Chen Tianwu, then asked them to help the other Herrschers transform Kiana into a cat-themed Herrscher of Finality. The Herrschers began pouring their Imaginary Energy into the Cocoon of Light, creating a rainbow phenomenon across the planet.

• Theresa and Sentience Treasure restored Wendy, Anna, and Chen Tianwu to their bodies and brought them out of the cultivation pods.
• The Valkyries explained that the three had died, and they reassured Wendy that she could get along with everyone.
• Anna and Chen Tianwu reunited, thanked Theresa and Sentience Treasure, and promised to help them.

Kiana completed her ascension as the Herrscher of Finality after the thirteen Herrschers infused her with Imaginary Energy, but Theresa’s cat transformation remained, leaving her a cat-eared goddess. The group learned that Kiana would probably stay that way permanently as everyone gathered around to admire and tease her.

• The thirteen Herrschers empowered Kiana, who transformed from a white kitten into a cat-eared human while ascending as the Herrscher of Finality.
• Theresa rushed to hug Kiana, and the Flame Chasers and Valkyries teased her about her cute appearance.
• Theresa explained that she had forgotten to change Kiana back before giving her the Finality Core, and Mei joined her in cuddling Kiana.
• Sentience Treasure suggested giving Hua cat ears, but Hua struck her twice and Theresa abandoned the idea.

Welt told Sigfried that Cecilia had been revived and sent him to St. Freya, where Sigfried rushed to find his wife and daughter. Theresa’s Valkyries escorted him into the Golden Courtyard, leaving him unaware of the many Herrschers waiting inside.

• Welt sent Sigfried a photo of Kiana with Cecilia, and Sigfried eagerly asked Yang Chaoyue where they were.
• Yang Chaoyue told Sigfried that Cecilia had been revived through Theresa’s power, and Sigfried immediately headed for St. Freya.
• Welt and Tesla discussed Sigfried’s arrival while researchers began studying the Stigmata potion in the Golden Courtyard’s underground laboratory.
• Sigfried hurried through St. Freya asking for Theresa and Cecilia, and the Valkyries called Theresa after he insulted the Academy Head.
• Theresa instructed the Valkyries to let Sigfried pass, and a Prometheus-like projection guided him by Garden Cart into the Golden Courtyard.

Sigfried arrived at Golden Courtyard and reunited with Cecilia and Kiana, discovering that Sirin and Durandal were also his daughters. After the family welcomed one another, Cecilia confronted Sigfried while the Flame-Chasers watched.

• Prometheus guided Sigfried through Golden Courtyard to the rear garden, where he found the Flame-Chasers and familiar faces.
• Sigfried saw Cecilia and Kiana, hurried over to them, and reunited with them after years apart.
• Kiana told Cecilia about her experiences, and Cecilia became angry with Sigfried for leaving them without an explanation.
• Sirin embraced Cecilia, and Kiana and Sirin explained that Durandal was their sister and the real Kiana.
• Cecilia welcomed Durandal as her daughter, while Theresa cleaned Sigfried and Cecilia pinched his waist.
• Sentience Treasure laughed at Sigfried, then cowered when Hua put a hand on her head.

Theresa and the others resolved the Green Hat dispute with Otto, who removed the hats after they promised not to attack her. With many tragedies already averted, Theresa prepared to take the Thirteen Servants of the Flame to Flos to bring the grown-up Griseo home and surprise Sosa and Vita.

• Kiana teased Sigfried about Theresa’s transformed appearance, and Durandal explained that she was the Academy Head’s Parallel Identity and the Aeon of Binding.

Sosa and Vita captured Griseo’s Ark and used its genetic cultivation chambers to transform Pluto into a new home for the Florshans. As Sosa’s consciousness and identity faded into the Sea of Quantum, Vita challenged her vision of creating a civilization without humanity.

• Vita and Sosa watched Griseo’s Ark approach their trap beyond the Solar System and planned to capture it.
• Sosa and Vita took control of the Ark, forced Griseo into slumber, and used its genetic cultivation chambers to terraform Pluto over centuries.
• Vita proposed naming the new city Flos, but Sosa dismissed the city and its beauty as meaningless until new humans were born.
• Vita confronted Sosa about her coldness, and Sosa explained that absorbing energy was eroding her personality and sense of self.
• Sosa said she sought to shed her humanity to command greater power, while Vita questioned how a god without humanity could lead her people.

Sosa and Vita raised Flos’s first citizens while their opposing visions of divinity and humanity shaped the city. On Earth, Theresa led the Heroes to Pluto to find Griseo, who was still sleeping in the Ark, and they prepared to explore Flos.

• Sosa argued that a god had to follow effective truth rather than human morality, while Vita questioned the cost of Sosa’s pursuit of power.
• Vita admitted that her devotion to patrolling and managing the city was because of Sosa, who vanished in response.
• Decades later, Flos cultivated its first citizens from the Ark’s human genes, and Vita created seven little Vitas to help govern the city.

Fu Hua and the Flame-Chasers arrived on the planet and learned that an early Honkai eruption had begun. After meeting Xiao Hong and following her to Flos, they found Heguang and Hanstu under attack, and Kevin destroyed the Honkai Beasts with a trace of his aura.

• Fu Hua asked the Flame-Chasers to search for the Ark and avoid using overly destructive power while they looked for older Griseo.
• Theresa explained that Griseo remained asleep in the Ark's Cryo Pod and led everyone toward Flos, where Fu Hua recognized signs of an early Honkai eruption.
• Sentience Treasure wiped out a group of weak Honkai Beasts, and the Flame-Chasers met Yixin Xiao Hong, who asked them to help her companions in the city.

The Flame-Chasers met the little Vitas and agreed to help clear the Honkai Beasts in exchange for help finding their missing companion. The group began traveling through the city together, leaving the little Vitas reassured by their powerful new allies.

• Kevin protected Reserved Vita from an attack, and Theresa introduced the Flame-Chasers to the little Vitas.
• The little Vitas mistook Su for Big Sister Vita, and Su explained that the group had come to find a companion on the planet.
• Theresa proposed that the Flame-Chasers clear out the Honkai Beasts if the little Vitas helped locate their companion, and Heguang agreed.
• The little Vitas led the Flame-Chasers through the city, where Kalpas destroyed a group of Assault-type Honkai Beasts with one punch.
• Hua explained that more dangerous Honkai Beasts and the Dead existed, and Elysia reassured the frightened little Vitas that the Flame-Chasers could handle them.

Heguang and Hanstu led the Flame-Chasers to Flos's hidden underground museum to search for records about Honkai and the Abyss. After Kalpas accidentally opened the entrance, the group learned about the city and its agents, beginning with the inspector Yixin Xiao Hong.

• Heguang explained that she and Hanstu suspected a connection between the Abyss and Honkai after hearing Vita mutter about the Abyss, and Hanstu and Yixin Xiao Hong agreed to guide the Flame-Chasers to the museum.
• The Flame-Chasers easily defeated the Honkai Beasts they encountered, reassuring the little Vitas that the visitors had not caused the outbreak.
• At the museum entrance, Kalpas's flames lit the surrounding torches and opened the Alloy Door, while Aponia and Theresa kept her from attacking the mechanism.

• Heguang and Hanstu described the other Vitas and their personalities to the Flame-Chasers.

• Theresa persuaded Heguang and Hanstu to let her place an exhibit inside by offering them a chance to touch her cat ears and tail.

Theresa released Moriarty, Otto’s alternate account, from captivity and restrained him when he tried to escape. She challenged his claims of genius by comparing him with Dr. MEI, leaving Moriarty uneasy as she began her argument.

• Theresa identified the data entity as Moriarty, a new consciousness born in one of Otto’s Soul Steel bodies, and had Himeko release him.
• Moriarty thanked Himeko, declared he would create a surprise for the city, and tried to flee, but Theresa gathered and restrained his data body.
• Moriarty argued with Theresa and insulted her, while Kalpas and the others reacted angrily to his behavior.
• Theresa proposed debating what made a true genius and got the Flame-Chasers’ permission to discuss their and Dr. MEI’s accomplishments.
• Theresa described Dr. MEI’s plan to help humanity defeat the Honkai and advance civilization, making Moriarty suspect her argument was leading somewhere troubling.

Theresa explained Honkai, the Imaginary Tree, and the Previous Civilization’s efforts to survive the trials, including its Divine Keys and other projects. As her lecture continued, Sosa ordered Vita to approach Theresa for information, leaving Vita disillusioned and plotting against her.

• Theresa described Honkai as the Imaginary Tree’s civilization trial and explained the Sea of Quantum to Moriarty, the Flame-Chasers, and the little Vitas.
• Theresa showed images of low-level Honkai Beasts and zombies, while Sosa and Vita secretly listened from between dimensions.

• Theresa urged Moriarty to abandon his criminal schemes and help find Griseo, and Moriarty agreed that he wanted to surpass Otto.
• Vita arrived, introduced herself as Flos's chief agent, and revealed that she had preserved Moriarty's consciousness after trapping him for over two hundred years.
• Vita told Theresa's group she knew where Griseo was and asked them to clear the Honkai Beasts from Flos before leading them to her.
• Theresa embraced Vita, leaving Vita flustered and receptive to Theresa's affection, until Himeko reminded Theresa to restrain herself.
• Hua agreed that the group would help Flos, and Vita reunited with Xiao Hong, Hanstu, and Xiao Guang before declaring she would fight Honkai with them.

Theresa offered Vita a Masked Fool mask and helped her reject Sosa’s control, while the Flame-Chasers began clearing Honkai Beasts from Flos. After Kalpas wiped out the beasts, Sparkle was sent toward the Solar System to investigate Theresa’s aura of immortality.

• Theresa revealed that Sosa was a goddess who had ordered Vita to gain the Flame-Chasers’ trust at the cost of her life, and she offered Vita a chance to escape Sosa’s control.
• Hanstu and the other little ones urged Vita to live for herself, and Vita accepted Theresa’s mask and joined the Masked Fools.

The Flame-Chasers and Theresa planned how Flos could prepare to fight the Honkai, while explaining why they could not intervene too much. After Theresa predicted the next outbreak for a month later, Vita offered to lead them to the buried battleship.

Vita revealed that Sosa had repeatedly destroyed and reset civilizations, and asked the Flame-Chasers to help her overthrow Sosa so she could take her place. As Vita opened the Ark, Sosa appeared in the sky and accused her of betrayal.

• Vita led the group to the ruins of Qiming and explained that she had been forced to reset civilizations and trigger the Great Flood of World Destruction for Sosa.
• Vita told Theresa that she wanted the Flame-Chasers' help to defeat Sosa and become a new Sosa with humanity.
• Vita gave Hua a bird-shaped Jade Pendant that Hua had once gifted to Griseo.
• Vita warned the group that using her authority would alert Sosa, then split apart the mountains to uncover the Ark as Kalpas cleared away the dust.
• Sosa appeared as a purple eye in the sky and told Vita, "You betrayed me, Agent."

Vita confronted Sosa over her betrayal and was gravely injured when Sosa stripped away some of her power, but Theresa healed her and the Servants vowed to defeat the false god. Verity authenticated herself as the Ark’s creator, and Theresa cleared the Ark’s monsters so they could reach Griseo’s Cryo Pod.

• Vita accused Sosa of betraying her, and Sosa wounded Vita by stripping away some of her power before threatening to destroy everyone.
• Kevin, Theresa, and the other Servants challenged Sosa’s threats while keeping their true strength hidden to lure her out.
• Theresa healed Vita, who accepted that Sosa had hurt her and resolved to stop helping her.
• Verity authenticated herself as the Ark’s highest-authority user and requested a route to Griseo’s Cryo Pod.
• After the Ark system warned that monsters roamed inside, Theresa deployed a Binding Barrier that bound and dissolved them all.
