This individual could inject bacterial Honkai Beasts into those whose blood she drank. Within forty-eight hours, the victim would be transformed by the bacterial Honkai Beast into an individual that was half Honkai Beast and half human.

However, the infected would lose most of their senses, their memories would become blurred, they would develop the same bloodlust as A-872, and they would share her life.

Otto named this experimental subject Theresa.

After that, Kallen was incompletely resurrected.

As Theresa's thrall.

That was what had happened in the Crimson Moon Embrace storyline.
