Aboard Schicksal's ship, Xu Yanwu had not initially noticed that anything was happening.

But the familiar fluctuation emanating from beneath the sea left Xu Yanwu unable to believe it.

It made him rush out of the command room where Theresa and Cheng Lixue had been.

"Xu Yanwu! Where are you going?!"

Theresa tried to grab Xu Yanwu, but he flung her hand away.

"Impossible! This is impossible!!"

Soon after, Theresa and Cheng Lixue received reports that the submarines beneath the surface had lost contact.

There were also reports of rising Honkai Energy levels in the seawater, schools of Honkai Beasts appearing in the ocean, and even unknown undercurrents forming in the sea.

"Something's happened underwater!"
