Mr. R forced Milotic to activate the Undersea Ruins and reveal the Reveal Glass, intending to use the Legendary Class item to increase Armored Mewtwo’s power. He then ordered Armored Mewtwo to give the mirror to the hypnotized human and use it to provoke a public incident.

• Mr. R had Armored Mewtwo release Milotic from the petrification device inside the Undersea Ruins.
• Milotic changed into Pirouette Forme and tried to fight, but Armored Mewtwo overwhelmed it and took control of its mind.

• Residents of Ultra Megalopolis feared the disappearance of Megalopolis Tower while armed investigators patrolled the city.
• The Governing Elders' Council concluded that the attacker had likely infiltrated through the refugee camp and agreed to implant refugees with surveillance chips and remote-controlled bombs.
• The elders determined that the attacks had destabilized the Ultra World, increasing the risk of Ultra Wormholes and temporal dislocation.
• The elders learned that Beidou-2's energy was spread across Blue Star while it remained in the Cocoon of Stars state, and postponed its recovery until the Megalopolis stabilized.

Xion checked that Lunala had survived, then revealed himself to Dulse as the former captain of the Ultra Recon Squad and asked to join him to uncover the truth. On Blue Star, Su Hao handled Ultra Beast incidents and trained his Pokémon until Shen Yun arrived with an urgent red-headed document.

• Su Hao recognized the thunderstorm as the work of Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus, and suspected Project Rainstorm was behind the crisis.
• Su Hao refused Reshiram’s offer to blast apart the storm and planned to suppress the Forces of Nature before rescuing Milotic.
• Leonardo watched Volcarona struggle against the combined Forces of Nature and realized it could not reach the ruins hidden by the storm.

Su Hao concluded that Milotic’s memories had been altered and decided the Reveal Glass could not be entrusted to the White Eagle Alliance. At R Institute, Mr. R prepared to transform Armored Mewtwo with a dark power, while Armored Mewtwo concealed its knowledge of the Azure Flames and faced a choice it believed had long since become irreversible.

• Su Hao concluded that Milotic’s situation meant David Wilson’s memories had probably been altered, then discussed handling the Undersea Ruins and Reveal Glass with Milotic.
