Ji Li stood silently before Room 0215, took out the Cigarette Case from his pocket, and lit a cigarette for himself.

As smoke curled upward, his thoughts unfolded with it.

While Clyde, Fang Shenyan, and the others were still unable to judge the situation clearly,

as someone who had personally experienced the clues from all four acts, Ji Li's advantage in gathering information became apparent.

The Evil Spirit's weakness was hidden within those four acts.

Fang Shenyan believed it was the Vermilion Wood Carving or the place where the girl had died, but Ji Li had another thought.

Perhaps the weakness was Huangfu Jiajia.

During the Exorcism Ritual, Ji Li had used the black cube to fuse his mind and soul with the Evil Spirit.

But Huangfu Jiajia's substitute had also been thrown inside.

That meant that in the previous scenes from the four acts, there should not have been only Ji Li and the Evil Spirit.

Then where had Huangfu Jiajia gone?

Ji Li was special because he had fused with the Evil Spirit as an exorcist.

Huangfu Jiajia was special because she was the vessel carrying the Evil Spirit.

In other words, Ji Li was the one who could bring everything to an end, while Huangfu Jiajia was the one who had started it all.

One tail and one head, with the weakness in between.

And that weakness clearly concerned both of them.

This gave rise to three possibilities:

First, Huangfu Jiajia represented the Evil Spirit within the Black Box World; the two were one.

Second, as the beginning, Huangfu Jiajia should have appeared at the Evil Spirit's point of origin—the bathtub.

As for the third possibility, it was also the outcome Ji Li least wanted to see.

Huangfu Jiajia had already died alongside the Evil Spirit's birth.
