The dorm room door was neither ajar nor open; on the contrary, it was even locked from the inside.
An ordinary wooden door naturally could not stop Ji Li. He did not spend much effort before pushing it open.
Once the door was opened fully, everything inside the dorm room was visible at a glance.
Two single beds stood against the left and right walls, with a black table between them.
As a temporary dormitory for teachers, it was only meant for brief rests, so the room was exceedingly bare. There was not even a chair.

The bed by the left wall was neatly made. Not a single crease marred the sheets, as though no one had ever slept there.
The bed by the right wall had its bedding thrown open, with the pillow and quilt scattered across the floor. Someone had clearly stayed there, but it looked more like that person had been suddenly dragged out of bed.
Ji Li frowned slightly and slowly walked to the table, attempting to identify the occupants through the items placed opposite each other.
He casually opened a book on the left. A name was written on its title page: "Yu Guo."
Holding the book, he turned to glance at the neat bed, then leaned over to pick up a sheet of notes from the right. Another name was written on it: "Qi Jingwu."
After returning both items to their original places, Ji Li leaned against the table and silently surveyed the entire room.
