Apocalypse.
Hao Ren's vision merged with that of the probe. Under his control, the tiny device, only a few centimeters long, deftly adjusted its angle in midair and scanned the entire wreck of the starship into its visual sensors.
It was difficult to accurately determine an object's dimensions at a glance with human vision, but the probe's various sensors and computational modules quickly transmitted the wreck's basic information into Hao Ren's mind. Some basic data appeared over the wreck before him: a major axis of 12.15 kilometers, a maximum width of 4.55 kilometers, and primary armor made of molecular-layer-accumulated polymer. Judging from the coil structures exposed where the armor had broken, its protective plating could be further strengthened after being charged.
A true behemoth, and one with a highly advanced level of technology.
The ancient starship named Apocalypse was a bleak grayish white. Its massive, complex hull was visibly twisted and bent, suggesting that it had most likely been seized by a terrifying external force that struck without warning and forcibly bent it into this shape. Hao Ren initially guessed that it had been some kind of Gravity Weapon, perhaps a momentary black hole or something similar. But another cause had probably been responsible for completely ending the ship's life: a massive hole pierced through the middle of Apocalypse's hull. Every part of the hull around the wound had melted and fused together, while metal that had melted and cooled again floated around the wreck like frozen blood, stretching several kilometers into the distance.
"It looks a lot like damage caused by a focused-energy weapon. The original minions of the Mad Howl rarely use this kind of attack..." Hao Ren muttered to himself as he controlled the probe around Apocalypse. "So it's possible that these warships' former allies were corrupted
