Buried beneath the Solar Capital of Dorasil was a shadowy city, shrouded in darkness. It was Dorasil's mirror image on the road to the underworld, and it was known as "Shirador." From the day it was built, this city of shadows had been hidden beneath layer upon layer of rock and steel, enclosed within a thick protective shell. That shell was infused with the blood and spirit of the ancient sages, allowing everything sleeping within the End City of Shirador to remain asleep forever. In this forbidden land, far removed from the human world, enormous houses without doors or windows stood everywhere. The colossal stones had been mined from the darkest, hottest depths of the earth and contained the goddess's mighty primordial power. They were surrounded by the never-ending force of thunder, keeping the End City in a state of constant charge.
