He gained formidable Soul Skills and Soul Engineer expertise, and the arc ended with Xu Xiaoyun taking him to Vast Sea City to meet his Senior Martial Uncle.

• Xu Tianxi confronted Yan Shaozhe over Kong Xiyue’s death, and Xu Xiaoyun sealed Yan’s cultivation so Tianxi could slap him before throwing him out of Xuanming Sect territory.
• Xu Xiaoyun decided to send Xu Tianxi to the Sun Moon Empire and secretly revealed to Xu Fu that Long Xiaoyao had defected there as a Limit Douluo.
• Xu Tianxi awakened the Ultimate Water Profound Tortoise Shell Shield and Illusory Moon Mystic Eyes, while Xu Xiaoyun and Xu Fu concealed his true talent.
• Xu Xiaoyun secured a six-hundred-year Evil Eye for Xu Tianxi, who absorbed it, opened the Sea of Spirit, and gained Cold Moon Gaze as his first Soul Skill.

Xu Tianxi developed his strength, gained a third Soul Ring, and set out to hunt the Abomination Demon Soul assassins. His clash with Xu Jiujiu’s academy team ended with her vowing to challenge Shrek and expose him.

• Xu Xiaoyun and Xu Tianxi rescued a wounded Heavenly Tyrant Bixi from Evil Soul Masters, and the Bixi’s grandfather rewarded Xu Tianxi with a scale fragment before taking the Bixi away.
• After Xu Xiaoyun left him to continue alone, Xu Tianxi learned about his mother’s ties to the Sun Moon Empire and trained with Xiao Changfeng, developing techniques that combined Spiritual Power and Soul Power.
• Two and a half years later, Xu Tianxi hunted a Deep Sea Silver Demonic Whale with Xiao Changfeng and absorbed its Soul Ring, gaining stronger Water and Lightning powers.
• Xiao Changfeng taught Xu Tianxi the Soul Ring Combination secret art, and Xu Tianxi gave Yue Lao soul bones recovered from the Evil Spirit Orcas.
• Xu Tianxi traveled toward Ming Dou Great Forest with Yue Lao and Zhi Sen to hunt the Abomination Demon Soul assassins, then confronted Star Luo Royal Academy’s team at an inn after Chen Xiao Jie provoked him.
• Xu Tianxi defeated Chen Xiao Jie and forced Xu Jiujiu to have Zhu Wen killed, then demanded intelligence on the assassins and his Shrek Inner Courtyard token.
• Xu Jiujiu delivered the requested items and vowed to lead her academy against Shrek in two years, while her teachers and students pledged loyalty to her.

Xu Tianxi infiltrated Sun Moon, entered its Soul Engineer Academy, and advanced rapidly while building ties with Jing Hongchen’s family. On an expedition to the Star Dou Great Forest, he helped Huo Yuhao and encountered a Golden Hawksbill whose hidden Life Force enveloped him and his companions.

• Xu Tianxi killed the Abomination Envoy and his bandits, then recovered from his breakthrough before setting out for Sun Moon.
• Xu Tianxi entered the Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy as Kong Tianxi and impressed Jing Hongchen with his talent and Soul Tool ideas.
• Kong Tianxi passed the Level 5 Soul Engineer examination and secured Jing Hongchen’s approval to travel to the Star Dou Great Forest with Xuan Ziwen and Xiao Hongchen.
• Xu Tianxi’s group met Huo Yuhao, Bei Bei, and Tang Ya, helped Huo Yuhao obtain a Soul Ring, and watched him join the Tang Sect.
• Xu Tianxi found a Golden Hawksbill with Gold of Life inside it and began drawing out its Life Force, enveloping himself, Xiao Hongchen, and Xuan Ziwen in golden light.

Xu Tianxi awakened his Black Tortoise Shield, gained new powers, and secured the Sun Moon Empire’s support as he prepared for the next Soul Duel Tournament. Meanwhile, the Clear Sky Sect humbled Shrek, Xu Xiaoyun reached the Limit realm and negotiated with the Body Sect, and Xu Tianxi considered a dangerous journey to seek the Ice Empress.

• Electrolux healed Xu Tianxi, Xuan Ziwen, and Xiao Hongchen with the Golden Hawksbill’s Life Force, awakened Xu Tianxi’s Black Tortoise Bloodline, and extracted Gold of Life from the turtle.
• Xu Xiaoyun and Xu Fu learned that Xu Sanshi had awakened the Black Tortoise Shield, while Xu Xiaoyun directed Xiao Changfeng to bring Xu Tianxi the sect’s hundred-thousand-year Golden Hawksbill Left Leg Bone.
• Jing Hongchen welcomed Xu Tianxi and Xiao Hongchen back to Mingdu, and Xu Tianxi revealed his Ultimate Water Black Tortoise Shield to the Hongchen family.
