Background and History

Huaxia’s military defends its cities against exotic beasts and establishes defenses at disaster sites. It has also deployed forces along the Ten Thousand Beasts Border Defense Great Wall 60 417 494.

For much of its martial arts history, Huaxia was publicly known to have four Level 9 Supreme Beings. The military concealed a fifth—Xiao Longyuan’s grandfather—as a deterrent against foreign powers. After his death, he left behind something the military could still use to threaten a Supreme Being 2.

Huaxia later came into conflict with the Martial Arts Divine Hall, which constrained its Supreme Being circles and received mysterious stones from them. Jiang Fan defeated the Hall’s Divine Seat and declared that Huaxia would no longer be subject to its control or surrender stones to it 259 445.

Military and Supreme Beings

• Military — Operates across multiple war zones, responds to beast incursions, and sets the contribution requirement for recognition as a Huaxia Supreme Being 95 187 494.
• Four publicly known Supremes — Fei Ming, Huan Shan, Lingxi, and Zhan Tian. Their specialties are time abilities, the Spiritual Domain, space abilities, and Blood Essence, respectively 446.
• Jiang Fan — Reached Level 9 and was described as Huaxia’s first true new Supreme Being in a hundred years. The military considered his existing service sufficient for recognition, but Xiao Longyuan assigned him a formal mission to eliminate Fusang forces tied to the Fang Polu case 131 187.
• Martial Arts Alliance — Established to maintain order among high-level martial artists after the Divine Hall’s fall, with Xiao Longyuan as its leader 512.

Mysterious Stones

• Huaxia spent years collecting these energy-rich stones for its Supremes, forming a special team and committing substantial personnel and resources. The annual supply to each Supreme was limited 2.
• Huan Shan sought additional stones by backing Fang Polu’s faction in an intelligence-for-stones exchange with Fusang 2.
• Some Supremes maintained interests outside Huaxia to obtain more stones; Lingxi’s connection to the Sarma Family in White Elephant Country was one such arrangement 188.
• When the conflict with the Martial Arts Divine Hall escalated, Xiao Longyuan pledged to mobilize the military to collect stones for Jiang Fan 459.

Later Developments

• After Jiang Fan left Blue Star, an overseas powerhouse reached Level 10. Some forces began defying the Martial Arts Alliance, while factions within Huaxia criticized the military’s concentration of power and resources 773.
• Jiang Fan later helped Xiao Longyuan advance to Level 10 Peak, intending for him to serve as a protector after Jiang Fan’s departure 787.
• Two hundred years later, Xiao Zhentian, president of the Huaxia Martial Arts General Association, promised Jiang Fan that his scattered family members would not be unfairly targeted within Huaxia’s borders 979.
