Fei Ruoyun belongs to the reclusive Fei family, one of Huaxia's Four Great Supreme Families. Her exact relationship to Emperor Fei, a Level 9 Supreme, is initially unknown to military intelligence, which considers her a close relative. Before the Strongest General Star Competition, the Central War Zone commits to cultivating nineteen-year-old Fei Ruoyun as its representative rising star. This decision leaves no recruitment place for Jiang Fan despite Lu Zhenguo’s efforts to secure one for him. 261

The following exchange reveals that this disappearance involves Space Power rather than merely concealment: she vanishes, reappears behind Jiang Fan, and attacks with her whip. Its formal name remains unrevealed, but its demonstrated effects overlap with short-range spatial movement. 335
