This Lion Python Ferocious Beast should have been Second Order. It was stronger than the Black Ant Ferocious Beast and yielded more meat. It took the giant ape over half an hour to finish eating one.

By the time it had finished them all, the Black Giant Ape had grown to six-point-seven meters. Its huge mouth parted slightly, revealing two rows of savage fangs. Then it moved on, continuing to search for traces of snake trails, and soon found something.

Amid shattered rocks entwined by black roots, a gray lion python fourteen meters long and bloated in body suddenly raised its head. Its gray serpent eyes fixed viciously on the distance, where a burly Black Giant Ape slowly emerged.

The moment it came within a dozen meters of the Black Giant Ape, the Lion Python Ferocious Beast sprang up. Its jaws flew open in fury, exposing sharp fangs as it savagely bit toward the giant ape's neck.

At the same time, its massive body curved, ready to coil around its prey the moment it bit down and constrict it to death, crushing its bones.

But what greeted the lion python was a black fist like a cannonball. Brimming with tyrannical force, it blasted apart the air and smashed viciously into its head.

Bang! Under that violent force, the beast's forehead caved in and its eyes burst. Its enormous body was sent flying by the single punch.

Roar! The instant the lion python hit the ground, a black shadow descended from above. A heavy foot stomped on its tail, and as the lion python instinctively twisted to bite, its body was seized by a pair of giant hands.

Rip!! Its scales shattered and its python skin tore apart. The beast's body was ripped in two by the Black Giant Ape, its organs and blood scattering across the ground with a thick, fishy stench.

Roar! Holding the beast's two halves, the Black Giant Ape threw back its head and roared, radiating savage ferocity.

Half an hour later, after devouring the Lion Python Ferocious Beast, the Black Giant Ape's body swelled again, growing to six-point-eight meters and appearing even more imposing.

As his strength increased, Jiang Hou found Devouring Evolution's passive talent increasingly outrageous.

But the more outrageous it was, the better.

The Black Giant Ape bared its teeth in a savage grin. Then it bent its legs slightly and, with a bang, leaped onto a large tree. After several bounds, it vanished into the forest's black mist.

Compared to ruins, eating was still more important.

However, unlike the Black Ant Ferocious Beasts, which appeared in nests as soon as they showed up, these stronger Lion Python Ferocious Beasts were relatively scarce.

Over the next three hours or so, the giant ape covered more than twenty kilometers and found only five Lion Python Ferocious Beasts. After killing and devouring them, its body swelled by another noticeable amount.

Then there were no more.

On the branch of a towering tree two hundred meters high, the Black Giant Ape, now seven-point-three meters tall, stared silently at the mountain wall ahead that rose beyond sight.

To the left of this forest lay a bottomless rift abyss, while to the right, it was blocked by the towering Black Mountain Wall that pierced the clouds.

The mountain wall was sheer, as though it had been cleaved apart by a single sword strike. Even as it approached, the Black Giant Ape vaguely felt an invisible pressure.

Huff! The giant ape exhaled a stream of foul, hot breath and turned to look deeper into the forest. Towering trees of varying heights crisscrossed one another, their branches twisted like Evil Ghost claws beneath the billowing black mist.

It was still early. Only half the day had passed, and the increase in strength brought by its larger body gave the Black Giant Ape some confidence to venture deeper into the forest.

Thus, after only a brief silence, the Black Giant Ape followed the mountain wall into the depths of the forest.

But soon, the giant ape halted.

More than two hundred meters ahead, a large cave over ten meters high appeared at the base of the mountain wall. Rubble littered its entrance, where several beasts around one-point-five meters long were patrolling.

These beasts resembled Black Ant Ferocious Beasts, but instead of black scales, their bodies were covered in thick cyan keratinous spikes like armor.

Their claws also resembled crab pincers, radiating a sharpness that made even the giant ape feel a trace of danger.

Just as the Black Giant Ape spotted those Cyan Ant Ferocious Beasts, the beasts at the cave entrance noticed him as well. Immediately, clicking sounds came from their mouths.

In an instant, the ground shook as more than two hundred Cyan Ant Ferocious Beasts rushed out of the cave, surging toward the Black Giant Ape like an overwhelming ant tide.

Roar! The tyrant ape raised both arms high, then brought down its arms like stone pillars.

Boom! The earth shattered, and countless rocks and clumps of dirt sprayed in every direction. The shockwave sent the surrounding Cyan Ant Ferocious Beasts flying, while the two at the center were blasted into pulp.

But even more Cyan Ant Ferocious Beasts immediately pounced toward the giant ape.

Bang bang bang!!

The giant ape swept its arms, flinging away several beasts that had lunged at it. Then it clenched its fists and hammered down wildly, smashing beast after beast into pulp.

Under its immense strength, every punch shattered the ground, leaving behind craters two to three meters wide.

Yet the frenzied slaughter did not intimidate those Cyan Ant Ferocious Beasts. Instead, it made them even more bloodthirsty and violent as they surged toward the Black Giant Ape without regard for their lives.

Their sharp pincers could even break through the giant ape's skin, leaving wound after wound dozens of centimeters long and ten centimeters deep.

Roar! The wounded giant ape grew even angrier, madly destroying everything before it. It smashed every Cyan Ant Ferocious Beast it saw, and even the rocks, into pulp or fragments.

This battle lasted a long time.

Only when not a single beast remained visible on the ground, leaving nothing but broken corpses everywhere, did the Black Tyrant Ape—its eyes blood-red and its heart filled with rage—slowly stop.

Huff huff!! The Black Giant Ape panted heavily, its blood-red eyes scanning the surroundings.

Nearly every Cyan Ant Ferocious Beast corpse was mangled beyond recognition. Many had even been smashed into pulp, their spilled blood flowing through the cracks and forming pools of blood.

The Black Giant Ape had also been badly injured in this battle, its entire body dyed red with its own blood and the beasts' blood.

Not only did these Cyan Ant Ferocious Beasts have stronger defenses than the Black Ant Ferocious Beasts, but their pincers were also incomparably sharp, capable of tearing through the Black Giant Ape's tough, thick skin. Furthermore, they knew how to focus their attacks.

Under the relentless assault of these fearless beasts, the Black Giant Ape's legs were a mangled mess of flesh and blood. In its deepest wounds, white bone was even visible.

Still, the power of its enraged state was indeed tyrannical. None of the beasts it had encountered so far could withstand a single punch from it.
