Starry Sky Body Refining Method

After remodeling the training ground, Jiang Yun activated the formation. The Three Hand Yin Meridians are the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian, Hand Jueyin Pericardium Meridian, and Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian; the Three Hand Yang Meridians are the Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian, Hand Shaoyang Triple Burner Meridian, and Hand Taiyang Small Intestine Meridian; the Three Foot Yin Meridians are the Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian, and Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian; the Three Foot Yang Meridians are the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, and Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian.

The first acupoint Jiang Yun prepared to condense was the Qihai Acupoint. He channeled the star power entering his body through the meridians to the Dantian Qihai. In an instant, pain like ten thousand needles stabbing simultaneously struck him—the Qihai Acupoint felt as if pierced by countless steel needles.

Jiang Yun clenched his teeth, sweat the size of beans rolling down his forehead, yet he still maintained the star power's circulation with all his might. A faint starlight first flickered at the Qihai Acupoint. As star power continued to surge in, the light grew brighter. The star power impacted and collided at the Qihai Acupoint, simultaneously tempering the acupoint. The energy compressed and condensed continuously. Over time, at a certain moment, the gathered star power seemed to break through a barrier, opening the acupoint space. Then, star power rushed into the acupoint like a rolling hot tide. The light at the Qihai Acupoint shifted from bright to a soft, mellow glow as the star power flowed in, gradually turning inward.

The Qihai Acupoint, like parched land, greedily absorbed this star power, expanding continuously. At the same time, the entire space stabilized under the star power's influence, until the Qihai Acupoint had expanded to a thousand zhang in size before stopping. Then, star power began to slowly accumulate within the acupoint.
