If it was really as Toga Himiko had said—if she could transform into someone after collecting their blood—then Problem Solver's future operational efficiency would definitely improve tremendously.

And Toga Himiko would no longer need to stay in the core area, because Problem Solver's operatives could not do without her.

"This is fantastic!" Kagura chuckled and pointed at Toga Himiko. "If your quirk is transformation, then your combat ability must be extremely low."

"In that case, I'll train your Physical Combat, and then you'll go on missions with us." Kagura looked at her.
