Because of Spider-Man's interference, Green Arrow Duck left in a hurry. Dealing with heroes who upheld a no-killing creed was the biggest hassle. It was not that they could not be persuaded; it was that even if they were, it was disappointing. If a superhero who ought to have principles compromised with him so easily, were they still someone worth trusting?

Back at the secret base, Henry had just removed his mech when he received another distress call.
"Hello, Alexei. What happened?"
"Put out the fire. I need an evacuation plan."
"You can control the Dog Squad support craft through an auxiliary drone and send the Ursa Major Mecha over, can't you? Even if an ICBM carrying a nuclear warhead were flying toward your location, you'd still have time to run."
"The problem is, I'm not the only one who needs evacuating."
"Put them in the Dog Squad cargo bay." Passing the Saint Bernard robot dog, Henry casually gave its unresponsive head a pat.
"Are you even human? Come up with a proper idea."
"How many people need to evacuate? Don't tell me there are millions waiting to flee. I can't pull off a second Dunkirk Operation, and even that only involved a few hundred thousand people..."
"Four in total, including me. You need to account for pursuers behind us, so the faster, the better."
"You—" Henry checked Alexei and Shostakov's locations through the system. They were still in Budapest. "Can you get to a dock by the Danube River? How close can you get?"
"How large does the dock need to be?"
"You just need to get close to the water."
Alexei thought for a moment. "We can get as close to the water as possible, but we can't guarantee the exact location."
