Having seen Venom's limbs twist into grotesque shapes during the battle, only to recover and continue fighting, Spider-Man had concluded that Symbiotes possessed some healing ability for their hosts.
But that clearly would not work in the current situation. They could only have the Spider-Women shut down the sound. As for whether Eddie Brock's severely damaged heart could be saved, they could only take a gamble.
Yet Spider-Man's voice had no effect at all. He immediately realized that the two girls could act as though nothing was wrong because they were probably wearing earplugs or something similar.
So Spider-Man leaped over to Spider Blue, grabbed her, and shouted into her ear again, "Tell your people to turn off the speakers! Eddie Brock needs Venom to save his life!"
