Henry uncovered the truth behind the Stark murders and helped Tony Stark take over the investigation. He then joined Blade’s fight against Deacon Frost, rescuing Karen Jensen before reaching the altar as Frost became the Blood God.
Henry joined the fight against The Void, but the battle ended with Tony Stark wishing Sentry had never existed. Henry woke with clashing memories and found that Charlize had vanished from his life, leaving the story altered and his Kryptonian vision damaged.
Henry discovered that Sentry had never existed in this world, then faced reminders of his lost relationship with Charlize Theron and confronted people tied to his childhood at the Siberian research institute. After killing several former researchers and helping Alexei Shostakov escape prison, Henry left him with money to search for his daughters and the Red Room.
Henry pursued the former Soviet targets while evading scrutiny from Coulson, Fury, Garrett, and Osborn. After resigning from Stark Studios and returning to Alaska for Old John’s funeral, Henry was left with the bar and planned to travel.
After leaving Stark Studios, Henry returned to New York to care for Katharine Hepburn and encountered the Continental Hotel and Magneto’s Brotherhood. He began researching treatments for dementia and challenged Magneto’s plan to make all humans Mutants.
Henry helped Magneto develop a way to activate X-Genes, then pursued his dementia treatment, built a scientific forum, and established a family investment fund. As anti-Mutant hostility increased around Henry and Katharine Hepburn, Henry began to suspect that someone was provoking them.
Henry navigated Oscorp’s attempts to recruit him and watched the X-Men defeat Magneto, then followed the trail of a child who had reported him. After Skye’s friend died, Henry took Skye in, gave her a new identity, and enrolled her in school, where she secretly worked to evade his tracking.
Henry Brown warned of the Twin Towers’ collapse and helped direct rescue operations after the September 11 attacks, then left without public credit and returned to Connecticut. There, Skye’s school conflict brought Henry into a meeting where Mark blamed her and invoked her biological parents’ possible connection to the attacks.
Henry reunited with Thena and Gilgamesh, settled them into a New York building, and uncovered a Reaper outbreak spreading through the sewers. He developed a serum and prepared specialized Mechas with allies, leaving the group ready to coordinate a campaign against the Reapers.
Henry and the mechas helped defeat the Reapers beneath New York, where Mephisto offered Henry a contract that he refused. Later, Henry joined Cassandra to recover her Isu Gear from the Aegean Sea, and the arc ended with Gilgamesh striking Henry during a fight meant to teach Skye about combat.
Henry rebuilt his life in New York, joined Gwen for prom and her graduation, and watched Skye struggle with school while exploring the hacker world. When Norman Osborn became the Green Goblin, Henry and Kitty fought to protect people, and the story left Henry suspecting Norman while worrying that the Goblin might target those around him.
Henry hunted Norman Osborn as the Green Goblin, but the confrontation ended with Norman’s arrest and Henry’s escape. Henry then found himself serving with a Mutant Battalion in Iraq, where Xu Wenwu’s attack shattered the unit and left Henry imprisoned until Magneto and his allies rescued him.
Henry uncovered William Stryker’s role in the attempt on President George Bush and helped evacuate the children from Xavier’s School after the military raid. After sheltering the displaced students, Henry tracked Stryker and Jason Stryker to Reservoir Base and led the others in an assault.
Boar Mech killed William and Jason Stryker, exposed their plot, and stole the True Adamantium before the X-Men and Brotherhood dealt with the aftermath. Henry later attended Katharine Hepburn’s birthday, learned of a threat involving Skye, and rescued her from a gang trying to capture her.
Henry’s attempt to protect Skye intersected with Ezekiel Sims’s hunt for three women, while Cassie Webb began experiencing visions of danger and death. The arc ended with Cassie trying to save Anya Corazon from the assassins pursuing her, but the bus crash and a vision of Anya being shot left her fate uncertain.
Henry Brown helped Cathy Weber and the three girls escape Ezekiel Sims by taking them to Peru, where the Spider Tribe revealed the source of Cathy’s visions and the girls underwent a transformation. With Sims and eight mercenaries closing in, Henry prepared the group to defend themselves while the girls recovered.

Henry helped Lorna Dane discover her family and begin adjusting to her mutant abilities, while Skye accepted his help with her stolen money. At Otto Octavius’s Artificial Sun test, sabotage caused a catastrophic failure that reawakened a destructive power in Henry, leaving him in the hospital with his left-eye abilities restored.
Henry tracked Doctor Octopus’s plan to restart the Artificial Sun while Spider-Man and S.H.I.E.L.D. pursued him. As S.H.I.E.L.D. converged on the shipyard, Henry’s team prepared to ambush its agents.
After the Artificial Sun disaster, Henry tried to repair his awkward meeting with Gwen while joining Quicksilver’s road trip through haunted sites. The group became trapped in a strange world filled with supernatural threats, and they headed toward Elm Street in Wheaton as Quicksilver’s guilty reaction raised suspicions.
