Morning sunlight streamed through the cracks in the window and spilled into the guest room of MikanGym. Yu Hai slowly woke from his sleep and let out a long yawn.

Dunmei's Father smiled, then brought up what had happened last night. "Xiao Hai, someone offered 580 million for your Hot Spring Inn last night. What do you think?"
"580 million?" Yu Hai froze slightly, and even his hands stopped moving as he quietly began considering it.
He had calculated it before. He had invested 200 million into the Hot Spring Inn initially, which
