Setting Out Again

The seventeenth day since returning to the Orange Islands. Cloudy.

This morning, while Yu Hai was eating breakfast, he turned on the morning news and saw a report from the local television station. Right outside the Pokémon Center, someone was claiming to have caught the Smiling Spider.

"I caught the Smiling Spider! Why won't you give me the bounty? The Pokémon Center went back on its word..."

Yet the most ridiculous part was that there were actually over a hundred Trainers shouting just like him. Every one of them had caught a Smiling Spider.

At first, the Pokémon Center had been thrilled. Hearing that they were all Smiling Spiders, they interrogated them with Hypnosis and learned that these robbers had impersonated the Smiling Spider to commit robberies last night. It had worked far too well.

In the end, they got carried away and could not stop, so they were caught and brought here to claim the reward.

After interrogating more than a hundred people, the Pokémon Center discovered that all the Smiling Spiders were fake. Naturally, they would not pay out the bounty from the wanted notice. Even the rewards that had already been handed out were reclaimed by Officer Jenny.

Seeing that things were the same locally, Yu Hai changed channels and checked the news from the other islands. Every morning broadcast was reporting on people impersonating the Smiling Spider to commit robberies.

Penggan Island, Little Orange Island, Hasa Island, Kumquat Island, Orange Island, Citrus Island... As long as an island had a large city and its own television station, the Smiling Spider could be seen there.

"Hahaha!" Yu Hai could not help bursting into laughter as he watched the news.

Once he started laughing, everyone else laughed too. The Smiling Spider had committed two major crimes in a
