The seventh day en route to the Johto Region, cloudy.

Yu Hai got up this morning and acted as though nothing had happened when he ran into Xiao Feng. They each went about their own business. After washing up, they sat down for breakfast together. Once breakfast was over, he was ready to set out.

Now that he had a map of Crystal Lake, his first priority was naturally to head there and settle the matter of Zapdos before dealing with everything else.

As for Xiao Feng?

Naturally, he would continue lying low. Once Xiao Feng possessed Elite-level strength, he would have the means to protect himself. If he could become an Elite Four Trainer, he would have the qualifications to negotiate.

As long as he could keep acting and they had paid the price of losing an Elite-level trainer at the Gym, it was enough for Team Rocket to have reservations.

After breakfast, they left the Gym together to see Yu Hai off. Yu Hai had wanted to say there was no need, but Ai grabbed his hand, leaving him helpless. He could only accompany Ai down the mountain.

When they reached the harbor, Blaine handed him a ticket that had long been prepared for him, along with the three Pokémon treated last night.

"Brat, knowing how cautious you are, I won't nag you. If you run into trouble you can't handle out there, give me a call," Blaine said with a smile, releasing his hand as though watching his own grandson leave home for a long journey.

"Got it. You're reminding me of my mom before I left home," Yu Hai said, curling his lip. He meant his mother from his previous life. In this life, he had no parents. He had even become ten years younger after
