"Gym Leader, the Gym's roof is damaged. I'll go patch it up," Yu Hai said, staring awkwardly at the large hole in the Gym roof billowing black smoke. He could only stand there and grin foolishly. He really hadn't done it on purpose—he'd had no other choice at the time!

"No need. The butler will send someone to repair it, so don't worry," Dunmei's Father said, waving a hand as he led Yu Hai back to the Gym. The butler was already waiting at the entrance with several documents in hand.

"Gym Leader, what are these?" Yu Hai asked after the butler left, leaving only the two of them at the Gym entrance. Dunmei's Father even handed the documents to him.

"These are the land deed and the Hot Spring Development Permit. Do you want to go take a look? They're currently building the road over there, and the hot spring inns run by our families are nearly finished as well..."

"I'll go," Yu Hai said as he accepted the documents. They were stored in a waterproof transparent bag, but he did not open it to inspect them. He trusted that Dunmei's Father would not deceive him. He carefully placed them in his backpack, intending to check things out when he had time.

"There's nothing else to do now. Do you want to stay for dinner?" Dunmei's Father asked only after seeing Yu Hai put away the documents, his hands tucked into his sleeves.

"I want to head back first. If I'm having dinner, I'll come back later," Yu Hai said. Naturally, by going back, he meant the Lakeside Cabin.
