Shocking the Entire Room

Why were they just arguing and not fighting? Hyuga Matsuba found it incredibly boring.

"Since you don't like this guy either, I'll smash his dog head in for you." Hyuga Matsuba turned to Mikoto and said as he started to rise.

Mikoto immediately stopped Hyuga Matsuba, her face full of worry. "Calm down. This guy is awful, but his Ninjutsu is powerful. He's very capable!"

"Hm? Are you worried I'll get hurt?"

Hyuga Matsuba looked gently at Uchiha Mikoto.

"Y-you..." Mikoto's face was so hot now that she could practically boil an egg on it.

"It's fine!" Hyuga Matsuba lightly patted Mikoto's back, comforting her like a young gentleman before standing up.

"Hyuga Hiashi, you've got the nerve to call yourself the Young Clan Head acting like this?"

One stone stirred a thousand waves. The entire classroom seemed to explode as everyone turned to stare at Hyuga Matsuba.

Hyuga Hiashi glared viciously at Hyuga Matsuba. He appeared calm on the surface, but anyone looking closely could sense his fury.

"Say that again?"

"Oh? You're getting angry now? You throw your weight around in the clan, but when this brat insulted you like that, you didn't say a word. You cowered like a turtle hiding in its shell. What, are you going to take it out on me now?"

"You're only lucky your clan has such powerful backing. Konoha is full of talented people. Otherwise, what makes you think it would ever be your turn?"

Hyuga Matsuba shot him a sideways glance, and Hyuga Hiashi's anger instantly flared.

"You think I can't beat him?" Hyuga Hiashi retorted.

"What else? If you could beat him, wouldn't you have made your move already?" Hyuga Matsuba asked with his head tilted.

"Fine. I'll show you what a Young Clan Head is capable of. Just watch."

Hyuga Hiashi threw his stool aside, shattering it on the spot. He prepared to use Ninjutsu as he walked toward Uchiha Ken.

"Ah, what a shame. That stool was perfectly fine, yet you had to take your anger out on it. Now it's fallen apart." Hyuga Matsuba kept fanning the flames from the side.

"You, do you dare fight me?" Hyuga Hiashi glared at Uchiha Ken.

"What would I be afraid of? I'll teach you a lesson today and let you know just how trash your clan's Byakugan is." Uchiha Ken was incredibly arrogant.

Those words targeted an entire clan. Hyuga Hiashi was nearly bursting with rage. How could the clan he took such pride in be looked down upon like this?

"Your name is Uchiha Ken, right? You look down on our clan's Byakugan. Do you have something even more powerful, perhaps the Sharingan?" Hyuga Matsuba sneered.

Uchiha Ken did not know how to respond for a moment. Blushing, he said, "Stop talking nonsense. Even if I have nothing, you still aren't my match."

The whole classroom erupted. Everyone wanted to give Uchiha Ken a kick and teach him how to behave.

"Nawaki, this guy really doesn't know his limits. We need to make him suffer a little. Let's all go together. The school won't be able to punish all of us!" Hyuga Matsuba said.

Before he had even finished speaking, Hyuga Hiashi made his move, kicking Uchiha Ken straight to the ground.

Nawaki followed suit, rolling up his sleeves and running over to deliver another kick.

Seeing that someone had already started, along with the reasonable things Hyuga Matsuba had said earlier, nearly the entire class joined in the brawl.

Hyuga Matsuba was delighted. Now that they had started fighting, objectively speaking, Hyuga Hiashi alone could handle Uchiha Ken with ease.

Although the Hyuga Clan was not particularly strong overall, among children of this age, Hyuga Clan children were absolutely the strongest in all of Konoha.

That was because Hyuga Clan children began learning Ninjutsu earlier. At this age, children from other clans were still practicing basic punches and kicks.

But the Hyuga Clan's taijutsu was also among the best. Even if an opponent knew a little Ninjutsu, Hyuga Clan members would interrupt their hand seals.

"How could you do this? The Uchiha Clan will definitely come looking for trouble with you later." Nara Rokusho asked Hyuga Matsuba, completely confused.

Hyuga Matsuba stood off to the side as though it had nothing to do with him, even though he was the fuse that had set off this fight.

"What's wrong with that? I just wanted to join in the fun. What did I do wrong?" Hyuga Matsuba replied with a cheeky grin.

If he truly could not do anything, he would never have stirred up this hornet's nest. But now that he had plenty of ability, he was not afraid at all.

In Konoha, even if the Uchiha Clan got angry, they could not do much to him. Besides, Mikoto had just said that there were quite a few people in the clan who disliked Uchiha Ken.

Uchiha Ken might even become the next Clan Head. The other competitors were surely dissatisfied with him, and they might even thank Hyuga Matsuba for giving that annoying pest a beating.

"What are you all doing?! Stop right now!"

Everyone withdrew their hands. Seeing someone had arrived, they returned to their seats.

"What are you doing?!" It was their teacher, Ueno Juri, who was now helping Uchiha Ken up from the floor.

Uchiha Ken had already been beaten unconscious. The teacher called for the school doctor to examine him and only relaxed after confirming there was no major problem.

If the boy had suffered broken bones or torn muscles, he would not escape responsibility when they investigated it. School had only just started, yet there was already campus violence. This was truly beyond his expectations.

"Everyone who laid a hand on him, get out! Our school has surveillance cameras. Not one of you will get away!" Ueno Juri finally became serious.

As soon as she finished speaking, nearly the entire class stood up. Only a few remained seated, including Hyuga Matsuba.

Everyone looked at Hyuga Matsuba, who had not moved, speechless.

"Why are you looking at me? I didn't hit anyone." Hyuga Matsuba began playing dumb.

Damn! How shameless!

He had clearly been the one shouting for everyone to beat the guy up, yet now he was pretending to be innocent. Everyone was so angry they nearly went over and beat him up too.

Ueno Juri felt a headache coming on as she looked at the scene. Many of the children in Class A had powerful backgrounds. How was she supposed to handle this?

"All of you, get out and stand there!" Ueno Juri had no other choice but to deal with it this way for now.

"Report! Hyuga Matsuba was the one who incited us to fight. You have to punish him!" Hizashi Hyuga seized the chance to get revenge.

Hyuga Matsuba blinked. Hadn't I beaten this brat badly enough last time? Why hasn't he learned his lesson?

"Which one of you is Hyuga Matsuba?" Ueno Juri's eyes widened.

Amid the silence, Hyuga Matsuba stood up. He decided that next time, he would have to teach Hizashi Hyuga a proper lesson.

"You'll be punished too!" Ueno Juri found it strange that Hyuga Matsuba did not have the Byakugan, but she was far too angry to care about that now.

"Report, Hyuga Matsuba didn't hit anyone just now." Mikoto spoke loudly, trying to help Hyuga Matsuba out.

"You're quite loyal to each other, aren't you? You get out there and stand too!" After saying that, the teacher hurriedly had Uchiha Ken carried onto an ambulance.

The school doctor had only given him a quick examination just now and could not be entirely certain. The child's safety was more important, so it was still necessary to take him to the hospital.
