Someone swung a Monkey Catching Stick, a long pole attached to a noose meant to catch around the neck. In the chaos, he accidentally looped it around his colleague's head. Amid the furious curses, another person fell to the floor.
The frenzied monkey paid no attention to the humans thrown into chaos. It had lost all reason and knew only to shriek and sprint wildly. It did not avoid walls or people's legs, but charged into them at full speed, then changed direction and continued racing!
Suddenly, the laboratory door opened!
A figure darted inside. A powerful hand snatched up a stool and swung it in a sweeping arc. With a boom, it struck the monkey and sent it flying into the glass wall!
With a tremendous crash, blood splattered across the glass wall as the monkey fell to the floor, motionless.
