The blood bank in the Earthquake Zone was already saturated. Within 24 hours of the earthquake, the 18 million milliliters of Cheng Huang Artificial Blood we had donated had arrived. So far, only 3 million milliliters had been used, providing blood for more than 3,900 injured people, including several pregnant women and women in labor suffering massive blood loss, as well as emergency Hibernation Surgery for severely injured patients who could not be saved. The remaining 15 million milliliters of Artificial Blood would remain where they were for now, with part of it to be withdrawn after the disaster-relief effort ended, depending on the situation.
We had donated a total of 1.7 million doses of various medicines, worth approximately 542 million in total. So far, only 290,000 doses had been used. The remaining medicines would stay where they were for now, with part of them to be withdrawn after the disaster-relief effort ended, depending on the situation.
To assist with disaster relief, we had activated multiple backup Brain-Mimicking Supercomputers and dispatched 12,600 "Teacher Bais" drawn from Former University of Science and Technology and Chenghuang Neuron industrial parks across the country into the Earthquake Zone. They assisted the military and rescue teams with various rescue and emergency-response operations.
The "Teacher Bais" had helped extinguish fires at 78 locations, transport more than 1,870 tons of supplies, rescue more than 19,870 people, repair 27 roads and bridges, erect more than 21,000 tents and prefabricated houses, and provide more than 4,600 sessions of psychological counseling.
We would recall half of the Teacher Bais in a week. The other half would remain there to assist with clearing the ruins and post-disaster reconstruction.
We had drawn more than 850 Flying Cars from Former University of Science and Technology and the company to support the Earthquake Zone.
